What You'll Do
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing onboarding materials and coordinating orientation sessions.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement and training programs.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including preparing reports and maintaining HR documentation.
- Conduct research on HR best practices and assist in developing new HR policies and procedures.
What We're Looking For
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.;
- Available for a minimum of 4 months, 40 hours per week;
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Fluent written and verbal communication in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
