JOHOR, MALAYSIA – C-Cube International, a technology company specializing in coating and corrosion monitoring, attended the Asset Integrity Management (AIM) Forum & Technology Showcase 2026 together with its Malaysian partner Abadi Oil & Gas Services. In environments such as Malaysia, where humidity and offshore conditions accelerate coating degradation, visual inspections alone often provide limited insight into the actual condition of protective coatings. C-Cube’s CQM technology addresses this challenge by measuring coating barrier properties and identifying potential risks before visible damage occurs. This allows maintenance teams to move from reactive repairs toward more data-driven maintenance planning.
The presentation also included case studies demonstrating how coating measurement data can be translated into actionable maintenance insights. By collecting measurements across multiple locations on an asset, operators can identify areas requiring attention and prioritize inspections or maintenance activities more effectively.
In addition to the measurement technology, C-Cube introduced its digital dashboard, which integrates field measurement data into a Digital Twin framework. This platform allows asset owners to visualize coating performance and corrosion risks across their infrastructure, supporting improved maintenance planning and asset management decisions.
